Return

  • All of our product are carefully checked before they are packaged
  • If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact our customer service team immediately via rj.finejewellery@gmail.com with your order number and attaching an image.of the item in the email. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
  • The items must reach us within 14 days of the date of you receive the item. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.
  • To eligibale for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your delivery cost cannot be refunded.
  • If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear we cannot accept a return.
