• All of our product are carefully checked before they are packaged
  • If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact our customer service team immediately via with your order number and attaching an image.of the item in the email. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
  • The items must reach us within 14 days of the date of you receive the item. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.
  • To eligibale for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your delivery cost cannot be refunded.
  • If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear we cannot accept a return.
